In addition to our
other pages we also offer the following:-
Antique Clocks
Longcase clocks, bracket clocks, wall clocks to mantle clocks, each mechanism is overhauled and repaired carefully by our craftsmen to include the repair & restoration of the cases.
Display Cabinets
Relining a cabinet with the correct fabric for what is being displayed can be striking. For example a plush crushed velvet in blue or purple to display silver or porcelain.
Desktop Leathers
We supply tooled and blocked skiver leather panels for
desk tops and tables. We also re line card tables in baize.
Picture Cleaning
This can sometimes be
quite dramatic in bringing back the vibrant colours of the original work.
We carefully clean the canvas and varnish the surface.
Laquered Furniture
We attend the missing
or damaged raised decoration and carefully repaint to match the colours having
cleaned the area. This is then lacquered as original.
Caning
We re cane traditionally in 6 way format and we also re cane modern chairs using pre woven caning.
